The signing of this Memorandum of Understanding marks an important milestone in the collaboration between Portcoast and Autodesk, opening up opportunities and innovative initiatives to promote the exchange of technological knowledge within Vietnam's construction ecosystem, especially in the application of BIM (Building Information Modeling). This strategic cooperation also demonstrates the joint commitment of both parties in promoting digital transformation in the construction industry.

Speaking at the signing ceremony, Mr. Pham Anh Tuan, General Director of Portcoast, stated that Vietnam is accelerating its digital transformation, particularly in the construction sector. The application of technologies such as Building Information Modeling (BIM), building digitization (Scan to BIM), and integrating BIM on the Geographic Information System platform (BIM - GIS) not only aligns with global development trends but also helps optimize design, construction, and operation processes, minimize risks, and save costs.
