The Corporation charter capital is approximately 6 million USD (State-owned capital accounts for 0%). On July 30, 2004, Portcoast has successfully obtained the certificate of quality control system ISO 9001: 2000, the ISO 9001: 2008 in November 2008, and ISO 9001: 2015 in September 2018 by AFAQ - AFNOR International (France) and IQNet – the International Quality Certification Network.
Portcoast currently has more than 220 employees, including 15 Ph.D. scientists, 36 Masters of Engineering and M.B.A, and more than 150 skilled engineers, bachelor, architect and technicians specialized in different fields such as ports, coastal and waterways, bridges, roads, geology, topography, hydrology, environment, electrical-electronics, water supply & drainage, economy, finance, business management and artificial intelligence (AI) and more, with training from both domestic and international institutions.
