Work of wonder: Dung Quat breakwater

For this first article, we would like to introduce for your reading an original work being promptly constructed as a part of Dung Quat Oil Refinery project in Quang Ngai province.<br> Dung Quat Breakwater is located near Dung Quat Oil Refinery by Quang Ngai sea, in the middle of Viet Thanh Gulf and Dung Quat Gulf with total area of approximately 800ha, of which nearly a half is on shore and the rest is off shore.
