  • Mr. Yoshiyuki ISHIHARA, Deputy General Manager of Railway Engineer Dept, Railway Operation Railway Division. (Project Manager of Metro HCM)
  • Mr.Daiki ABE, Chief Representative of Nippon Koei HCM Office, International Marketing & Promotion Dept.
  • Mr. Kiyoshi MIZUTANI, Chief Manager of Private Sector Dept. VN Office
