On the morning of August 21, 2021, Portcoast had an online meeting held by Mr. Nguyen Xuan Sang - Director of the Vietnam Maritime Administration together with Vung Tau Port Authority, VMS South, Vung Tau Pilot, and PV Shipyard regarding the research of accommodation of Pacific Harmony at PV Shipyard Port.
