Portcoast Pioneers Infrastructure Digital Transformation for Smart City Development

At the workshop “Digital Transformation in Construction & Standardization of Smart Urban Infrastructure” (December 23, 2025, Hanoi), Portcoast shared practical experience in infrastructure digital transformation through a presentation by Mr. Tran Phuc Minh Khoi – Deputy General Director of Portcoast. The workshop closely aligned with national policy directions under Decree No. 269/2025/ND-CP of the Government on Smart City Development, and gathered leaders from centrally governed cities, representatives of ministries and agencies, as well as leading experts in digital transformation. The presentation focused on the topic INFRASTRUCTURE DIGITAL TRANSFORMATION (SCAN TO BIM – GIS – DIGITAL TWIN), sharing approaches and implementation experience of digital solutions across surveying, design, construction, and infrastructure management, with the aim of improving operational efficiency and data-driven decision-making. Portcoast continues to affirm its pioneering role in infrastructure digital transformation, working alongside local authorities on the journey toward building smart and sustainable cities.
